"NVC logistics was the company Nectar used to deliver my mattress I believe they have part of their training in how to deceive costumers After ordering the mattress I got a text from NVC logistics that I will be informed of my delivery day After couple of changes that I requested we decided on Tuesday They inform you that they will contact you the evening before to give you a 3 hour window and the driver will call you 30 mins prior to delivery They close at 5:30 and there is no way that you will get them after that So I kept waiting on Monday and at 4 pm I said I am not taking any chances I called They told me my window is 1:30 on to 4:30 on Tuesday And I will get 30 mins phone call prior As there was no phone call I went up to my apt at 1:40 To my surprise the bed and mattress were left at the door. And as I have an assembly service paid for and removal of recyclable items is also paid for They actually didn’t care So there was no phone call prior and they deliver outside of the window NVC logistics has a good texting service that leave you text of times they never honor. They were not rude However really unprofessional"
