"I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with this company. They were hired by one of my vendors to ship my products from China and deliver them to me. I now understand why they have so many one star reviews on yelp. In addition to being disorganized, they are now asking for unexpected "warehouse and pallet" fees and holding my shipment hostage unless they are paid. The shipper has already paid all shipping fees but these charges are a surprise. There are so so many freight companies available. My advise to any consumer would be to save yourself the frustration and stress, search elsewhere."
