Be alert if you have fire claim they’ll cancel your policy as well deny your claim and accuses the policy holder of not being in compliance with the terms that of course they make up, and don’t play the claim… be alert and please pass on the information."

"From the moment I first contacted this woman, Janet Siegel at claims, I was yelled at--almost like I was being barked at for trying to file a claim, and to be dissuaded from doing so. I received no helpful advice, information, instructions, etc. I was automatically an evil person. On top of it all she hung up as soon as she could. This was both times I tried to talk to her about the damage in my house. My family has been paying Kensington Insurance hefty insurance sums for years if not decades, and to receive this kind of treatment? And after it all, I did get dissuaded from filing, I decided it was better to just pay the costs of the damage myself than deal with people like this. Maybe the company hires these Rottweillers for this reason. I can't wait to move on from them asap. Seriously hard to believe they have 5 stars--maybe from their own company members or paid reviewers."
