"I’ve been here before. A few times. Both times I bought the house blend small robusto Sumatra wrapped. Both times the guy gave me five cigars for a twenty dollar bill. Since I like these a lot and found myself walking on 8th at 30th on my way downtown, I stopped in and they had almost a full box. I would have taken them all. The guy claimed “no English”. I speak Spanish too. I pulled a cigar and asked the price in Spanish. $10.00 a piece. Straight faced. When I tried to explain my previous purchases, he walked away leaving me in an empty store! So, I left. Too bad. They’re damned good cigars. One star. Because you can’t give less. AND they don’t answer their phone. Either number!!"

"Came to this shop during working hours, some people inside were smoking and a guy sitting behind the counter. The door was locked. The guy at the counter was staring me right in the eye but didn’t even flinch! I pulled the handle again to no avail while this AH was still staring at me with no reaction whatsoever. If I came during some private event or you were taking clients by appointments only, the least you could do is come to the door and explain it to me or put a note on the door, not staring at me while I was making a fool of myself. My biggest regret is that I can’t give less than one star."

"Watch out when you pay! My $20 was stolen! I counted $100 along with 5 $20 for my $200 box twice on the table and started to close my box. The owner counted again and said there're only 4 $20. No way! The owners are a latino old man and latino lady and not good at english which is hard to communicate. Anyway, watch out when you pay as the owners seem sneaky. The shop looks nice and have a wide range of selections tho. Use your own judgement."

"The cigars here are absolutely superb. In quality, taste, construction and PRICE. you'd be a fool if you pass this up. I got 4 hand mades, and each was incredible, no tight draw in any of them. Plus there is plenty of seating, so you can smoke in peace. I'm visiting from CA, and I can say this is a special place."
