"My Scoliosis journey with my daugther had been one filled with confusion and hopelessness till we came to the Scoliosis Therapy Center in Lakewood. From my first interaction with Dee, the Office manager, I felt right there and then, that we were in the right place. Dee is an amazing person, she made us, especially my daugther feel so relaxed from our first visit. Dee went the extra mile to make our experience easy. She even took care of all the back & forth with the insurance company about coverage etc. I never for once had to go through all that hassle. Dee handled it all. Another amazing Person was Mr Glen Paul, he allayed all my childs fears about her condition, he explained what scoliosis was, and what treatments were available, and how the brace he was about to fit her for, worked. My daugther for the first time in 5 months, and 3 other establishments smiled and was her bubbly self again. She did not feel so worried about her scoliosis aby more. He gave us hope, he made her happy again. I can not begin to thank both of you enough for your patience & understanding. The journey is a long one, but knowing we have been like you supporting us, makes it much more easier. I would not hesitate to recommend your office to anyone!. Thank you for all you do. Danielle the office manager, and her staff were extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process. Despite our terrible experience with the other company, Danielle and her team were able to put our minds at rest through her constant communication and professionalism. Julie, the scoliosis professional examined me and explained in detail the source of my issues and she prescribed an extremely helpful protocol moving forward which I am now following.
