"Came in here to get passport pictures taken for my children. They were cropped too tight and had a red/pink cast to them. When I mentioned that the employee said that they did have some pictures come back being rejected for the red color and if I wanted I could get a refund….. glad for the refund but a big waste of time if they already knew there might be issues. The pictures were terrible and they said they had no way to fix the color. They shouldn’t be taking passport pictures if they know there are issues. Also, place is filthy. Dirt and garbage all on the ground - people’s packages everywhere, on carts in the open… I would never go back to get anything or for any printing services. For those wanting passport photos, the Walgreens in Teaneck was awesome - they removed the background entirely so it was bright white and they cropped the pictures correctly."

"You want great customer service don't go to this location. I went in to transfer picture&videos. I bought a 45 dollar USB for nothing. Spent 25 dollar's on the computer waiting trying different thing's to transfer files and nothing. Didn't get the help I needed. Only wasted money and time in this place."

"I called the Hackensack store close to closing time as I had an emergency - needed a Drum .for my printer. The Tech Associate realized my emergency and brought up my intended purchase to her desk ready for me to purchase even though I did not tell her that I was going to definitely stop by. The Tech Associate was an angel in disguise. I was able to make my purchase and exit before the store closed. I was in and out so quick. Great Service!!!"
