"Saw one Dr for surgery and found out the day before surgery that I was scheduled with another Dr that never saw me before. Had surgery and was left with a giant blood clott. 3 months later I have a smaller clott and feels like my testicle is fixed to incision. May have to have another surgery to correct this mess. Very unhappy with this co."

"I am “medically complicated” to begin with. My chart is pretty heavy. The dr was informed of this. Knowing this going in he pushed on me a painful procedure that was torturous and failed. Would not let my husband into the room to even hold my hand or help me. Now I’m getting billed 150 bucks for a failed in office procedure that I have no results for and I have to go to a different specialist who never would do this to any of her patients because she thinks this procedure awake isn’t barbaric. Knowing all the conditions I had you knew this would most likely fail. So really this feels like a money hungry office that just wants to run all the tests in the world and torture you. Do not go here. Three days after posting this review. This letter was sent to me. Certified mail and signed receipt."

"I tried making an appointment to see a urologist as issues have arisen. An appointment was made 12 days out for January 19th, at 8:30am. The day before@ 10:49 exactly, I receive a call that they do not take my insurance and have canceled my appointment! Really!? You couldn't have told me that when I made the appointment! Now I have to find another urologist while dealing with issues much longer than necessary. Shame on you. Update.... Your reply DID NOT address the cancellation at the last minute! most times that's the first question asked, and it was by your office. So why did you wait until the day before to cancel my appointment. Just admit you dropped the ball and I'd have more respect for you.!"

"I was referred to Jersey Urology after a bladder problem from surgery. Every PA and Dr. Lehrfeld have been spot on helping me through this problem. They were very methodical and explained every detail. An added plus is you must be 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you are late, you are cancelled. This keeps all appointments on time. Very convenient for the patient. Highly recommended."

"I've been a patient for more than a decade and have watched the level of customer service slowly decline. I just had an 11:15 appt. Walked into the office (which had zero patients waiting) and started the lengthy check in process only to be told by the receptionist that I was now 6 min late and had to reschedule my appointment. I repeat, not a single patient was in the waiting room so it wasn't as if the office was backed up. Absurd 5 minutes late/ must reschedule policy, no empathy or interest in retaining customers. No office mgr available to make an exception on a case by case basis. Tried calling the mgr from the lobby, call went to voicemail. Receptionist had no autonomy to make a simple decision. Terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
