"I went to see Dr. Jay today because my shoulder was killing me. I have scar tissue from previous rotator cuff surgery.. I could hardly move my shoulder. And I was in a lot of pain within minutes of Dr. J treating my shoulder. I walked out of the office with 100% mobility and pain free. I don’t know how Dr. Jay manages to put me back together again but he does it every time.. he fix my shoulder, my back and even cured my planters fasciitis.!! "I started coming here in August of 2023 for prenatal adjustments near the end of my 3rd trimester and I cannot recommend both Dr Zimmerman and Dr Carr enough! I saw Dr Z in my first appointment in Galloway and then when I found out their EHT office was opening I went there since I was closer. I had Dr Carr for the rest of my adjustments and he was always very informative making sure he taught me exactly what he was doing and how it helped the overall wellbeing of my health. I didn’t have any back, hip, or neck pain all the way up to 40 weeks pregnant when I delivered my son. I delivered my baby in October of 2023 right on his due date. I had an unmedicated natural delivery and I truly believe part of the success was that Dr Carr had everything aligned and kept it that way up till my last day when I got an adjustment and I went into labor that evening. It only took me 45 minutes of pushing! My baby was in perfect LOA position. I had my baby adjusted at 5 days old (pictured) and continue to get myself and my baby adjusted! "I started going to Health First Chiropractor and seeing Dr. Carr when I was about 32 weeks pregnant. I was having hip pain, lower back pain, and my sciatica was starting to act up. After only a couple sessions, I felt relief and was able to move around better. Dr. Carr explained everything to me and was clearly very knowledgeable about chiropractic care for pregnant women. I had been hesitant to go at first but so glad I did. My body felt so much better and the adjustments were geared towards my needs and gentle but no less effective!
