"It has been twice now that I had this awful experience, it may not have been the shipper itself but more so the handler. My boxes were picked up Aug 13 or something and was brought to Richmond on the 18th of August. I tried to check the status today only to find out that it hasn't even left Jersey yet. So tell me what is going on coz this is unacceptable. My boxes were picked up in August but Gemma Taylor didn't send it to the distribution center until Sept. 20. Are you guys freaking kidding me, once maybe is understandable but twice I highly doubt it. The family that I am sending this to are waiting for this and I was hoping for it to get there for my grandsons birthday on Oct. 31st but I guess it won't so someone needs to address this or you will hear more from me."

"My wife and I dropped off 35 boxes on June 1st, 2023 to be shipped to the Philippines. I was quite worried about sending this many boxes as we are relocating over there but the owner and his wife assured us all would be well in every aspect. Sure enough, 75 days later, all boxes arrived safely at their destination in the Philippines and in perfect condition. I can't say enough good about the owners and staff of NJJR Express.
