"Just watched a driver in truck number 1 about take out a passenger vehicle when he cut in front of them, as they were passing him in the fast lane,without warning on Interstate 81, just South of Binghamton, NY at about 6:40 a.m. on 09/05/2018. If the driver of the car had not reacted as quickly as she had there would have been a multi-car accident. We've been driving behind this clown for a while now and he is either on his phone or falling asleep because he has been driving down the center of the dotted line between the two lanes heading Northbound, swerving repeatedly in both directions. Get this clown off the road before he kills someone."
