"Staff great doctor awesome this place is the best I have found. My first time and I would recommend anyone here. It’s hard to find places like this you have my business and know my family"
"Beware! Waste of my time and not professional. I booked an appointment online and the drop down menu allowed me to pick exactly what I needed to have done. I filled out all of my information online and received text messages verifying appointment, the Dr and what my appointment was for. I got to the office and they requested that I fill out the same personal information I supplied online. The woman at the front desk said they don't receive that info so I needed to do it again. They then charged me a $30 co pay. I wait and eventually brought into an office where the woman asks why I am there??? I then realize this appointment is only an evaluation and I will need to make another appointment???? What a complete waste of my time! Then to add insult to injury the woman at the front desk can take my money but not refund me?? I admit I was not happy but still professional and she scribbles a number down for billing and ignores me. So in the end I paid $30 and spent over 2 hours of my time for absolutely nothing. In return they have all my info and I am not a client - seems fair? I challenge anyone to use that system and not walk away believing they booked an appointment. This has to have had to happen to others. I know and they know their is not much I can do other than this....so please consider using another business so the don't do this to you!"
"My appointment was on time. Everyone at the front desk were pleasant and efficient. My doctor was thorough, thoughtful & knowledgeable."
"Truly horrendous customer service and experience today. They are so short, snippy, rude and entitled it’s absolutely absurd. Been coming here a couple of times now. Every single time I’ve gone they make you wait over an hour. And for someone like myself I have a very tight schedule, I work over 55 hours a week, and im finishing my degree. My schedule is tight, I have always been so understanding towards them too. Today I kindly asked the receptionist when the dermatologist would be out because at this point I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes. I had class at 6pm and kindly explained this to the receptionist. She IMMEDIATELY got so defensive, rude, and soooooo unprofessional. Saying “I’m just the receptionist everything in on the doctor it’s the doctors fault” then I asked if I could quickly talk to him, she then STORMED to the dermatologist with her hands waving in the air like something out of a movie. At this point, I was upset by this behavior and I’ve never seen ANYTHING like it from them before. After waiting 50 minutes for a 60 second procedure the dermatologist also unprofessionally storms out and starts the conversation with “what?!?” My jaw dropped. I’ve seen NOTHING so rude, unkind, I responded and said, “I asked the receptionist when you would be done because I have to leave to be at class at 6pm” he goes off like a teenage boy with no manners “so what I have no sympathy for you I have no idea when I’m going to be done” and stormed off like a child. He then 5 minutes later had me come into the room to wait an additional 5. (Why he couldn’t simply say “I’ll be right with you, im sorry for the inconvenience” is so beyond me. Then he comes into the room after I’ve waited an hour already; argumentative, looking for a fight. I asked him if we could just move on now and proceed with the laser. He so unprofessionally wouldn’t drop it. Started name calling, threatening to “discharge me from the practice IF he has to hear that I have a tight schedule again” I mean WHAT?! Like I’m SO sorry I’m not free all day and not unemployed. Honestly DISTURBED with what I saw and heard from there today. So terrible and NO ONE should EVER be treated like that not a SINGLE one of their clients. Such repulsive service today."
"Went in as a new patient yesterday... the entire staff, doctor included, were very polite and personable. I was treated in a timely manner, which I also appreciate. The office is very cleanly and comfortable. Doctor examined me and even included me while diagnosing by showing me comparison pictures. This comforted me and made me feel assured that he was correct, also I learned a little something along the way. He then gave me the option to keep an eye on it or remove it (my blue nevus)... i opted to keep an eye on it as i have had it as long as i can remember and it hasn't given me any problems. He then taught me what i should be watching for should it become something i have to worry about. Anyway, he clearly isn't just trying i make a buck off of my insurance. Will not hesitate to return if necessary! Thanks :)"
