"I have been a patient at this practice for years, but lately I have not been happy with the service I have received and I have decided to leave. I use to see some nice female NP’s that left then I started to see Dr. Gildner. He is great, but it is hard to reach anyone there. Good luck leaving a message, you might get a return call a week later. The customer service use to be awesome, not anymore. New staff, new attitudes smh."

"I love the doctors and nurses practitioners here. However, getting in touch to make an appointment is a chore. The hours are listed 8-8 Monday-Friday, but I've called three days last week and once this week. All different times. Today, they were finally IN but I had to leave a message and no one has called me back. This is not the first time I've had this issue, either."

"Love the doctors and new nurse practitioner. The person handling the scheduling is the problem. Short and rude for no reason. Update: since joining Axia things seem to run much smoother. The doctors are great . I saw Allison ( nurse practioner) for the first time and she was awesome."

"This is a real, raw review. I am 19 years old, and I used to only get my birth control there, back when it was in lindenwold. Now that they have become axia and moved, they are literal trash. The receptionists, so sweet. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes and I finally got back and had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor to show up. Dr. Helene was old and grouchy, honestly hates her job and should just retire. After my exam, she told me nothing seems the matter and I'm fine. She also painted me out to be some sex crazed maniac asking if I could "handle not having sex until the results come in." Then she tells me my symtpoms are wrong, and are an eyed by how many symptoms I have, saying they are "one or the other, not both" . WHAT?! she then requests more tests and goes into the lobby and yells at through the entire room (everyone was working with other patients) and says she needs someone of her "assistance". She asks if I will leave without treatment, and I weigh the pros and cons of different medications TO MYSELF because she sent me away when I asked too many questions. Once I requested treatment she gave me an attitude saying "I hope you are right about this." Says she will call me once the results come in ( I went on Friday and she doesnt expect them until next wedsneday.) It's now Monday and I work in my prescribing pharmacy. I see I was prescribed 2 different medications with limited directions and no phone call. I even checked the patient portal nothing. I wouldn't have even known if I didnt work there This doctor told me that my symptoms aren't present and that they dont match up. She also labeled me as a promiscuous young woman who cant stop herself. She treated me as though I didnt even know my own body, and when I requested treatment (for the ailment I suspected, and was correct) she gave me an attitude. Do not come to this facility. This place used to be great. But women's health is very important, and you should never feel like your symptoms do not matter, nor should anyone make you doubt yourself."

"I left another practice to come to this one for the OB care and delivery of my second child. From the front office staff to the physicians and NPs, care is outstanding. Never have a hard time getting a problem visit or scheduling my annual exam, sometimes the wait is a little long but worth it as they are using EMR and it can be tedious at times. Physicians are very compassionate and hard-working as are the NPs. Whenever I have called to refer my own patients there they are given appointment times for that day or the following. Highly recommend!"
