"Been there a whole bunch of times always a good atmosphere here. My last visit I bought a cookies vape pen and when I got home it wouldn’t charge for the world. No matter what I did it just wouldn’t charge. Went back the next day to get some rolling paper and mentioned that the pen didn’t work they said to bring it back and they’ll take care of it. I brought it back the following day and in truth they took care of my problem they exchanged it for another brand."

"This place has the worst costumer service I have ever seen my girl bought a vape pen make was cookie tried to return it because it didn't work since the day she bought it they wouldn't take it back saying I never bought it there pretty much told me I was lying but my girl purchased thru some cash app still didn't believe me they told me to take my pen and told me too bad and I told them look at the camera wouldnt do that so they pretty much took 20 dollars from us I hope they go out of business because they don't deserve to have a business they way they treat people I will never go back and spend a penny there. I guess they need the 20 dollars that bad that there willing to lose a customer over 20 dollars."
