"This company has been neglecting, my complaints about an accident. One of their drivers, crash my car while it was parked, the drive Left the scene of the accident y got photos of their truck, living my car crash. They are so unprofessional, irresponsible. They are giving me the run around on this matter, NO ONE SHOULD TRUST THIS COMPANY."

"This is not a rating, just an incident: 4-19-2023, mm7, I-57N IL, my husband and I potentially saved one of your driver's life to include tractor/trailer. Coming up behind him, strong like rubber burning smell. Got him stopped. Running back to him, fire broke out on left rear drive. Got truck separated from trailer and fire put out. Blocked tires, had driver release the brakes to prevent flare up so drum could cool off."

"Not speaking on the company as a whole but I am a driver myself so I pay attention to other drivers and their actions. I just witnessed a DMS driver finish his jacks lunch and milkshake and literally just throw each item of trash out of the window onto the ground in the parking lot leaving a mess. Doesn’t look good on the company. I cleaned the trash up myself. This happened on 7/21/22 in fort Payne Alabama at 1:25pm."

"I went and took the driver test passed that soon I left they sent me for the drug test passed that the lady miriam told me I had the job . She said they will have a truck ready in 2 weeks is that ok with you I said perfect I can give my job 2 weeks notice she said yes you will start 1/17/22 so I texed her today which is 1/11/22 asking is we still on for Monday didnt get no response hours later the safety director Irwin calls me saying unfortunately you didnt get the job we dont have no trucks available so I said you guys made me give my 2 weeks and I dont have the job he says I didn't tell you anything I said I know miriam did so when I ask to speak to her he said shes not available shes in a meeting with the bosses giving me the run around very un professional. So if you go for a job here make sure you really have it before you leave you other one. You guys really need to look into a better hiring staff."

"I worked here. very good company work at. but my situation is different first I got along with everyone then mistreatment started, lost a lot of my tools that cost me more $ 2,400 to replace it. despite that everybody in the shop leaves the tools out. many in the shop have no safety training makes your hair stand when they are working. they treated me like out sider. As US Army veteran I still live with soldier's creed (I am a member of the team) I don't care what is your origin but as human I can just take so much. I think my color bothers them that I have this experience. I am expert and passionate about my work."
