"If you are in need of urgent attention, do not come to this facility! I have been waiting for over an hour! The incompetence is real. There were no patients in the waiting room when I entered and after checking in there were 3 people ahead of me apparently in waiting rooms. Over an hour later, I’m waiting while staff is in the hallway laughing and taking pictures! Whatever happened to work ethic? I took a day off to come here. Literally feel more sick than when I walked in."

"I actually prefer taking my kids to this urgent care over their pediatrician. It’s always super fast, they get you in and out as quick as possible. Lauren from reception always checks you in quickly and friendly. She can lift anyone’s spirits and is very helpful, seriously love that lady. The staff is knowledgeable, nurses are awesome and the doctors are great!"
