"I had my first visit here today. I always have liked my primary care doctors in the past but this office blew me away!! It is like a relaxation spa in there! Very clean and very spacious. Every person I have interacted with from the initial phone call, to the front desk staff, nurse and doctor are all unbelievably pleasant. In the past, although I liked my doctors, I always had a huge sense of anxiety both being there and leaving. Today, I left feeling great and had a relaxing and informative visit. Dr. Kelley (I may be spelling her name wrong) was extremely kind and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly, I never felt rushed. She was very reassuring and polite! I am also switching insurance companies in a month and the lady who works up front (I apologize for not knowing her name) was able to answer my questions about that as well even while being busy herself with many things. So, after this awesome visit I was hoping and praying my upcoming insurance company would also work with this office in the future and was elated to find out they do! Can not say enough good things about this wonderful office!! It’s very nice for those like me with anxiety going to doctors to have a very comfortable experience :)"

"The whole experience at Well was great! The whole staff from receptionist to doctor! I really really can’t say enough about the space, it’s so nice to be in a cozy office vs rigid medical office. Dr. Toffoli is so so great, nice and caring! Busy as all busy can be, but she never makes you feel like you need to hurry yourself out. I noticed the definition on “well” is a photo on one of the walls and I’m sure that’s true to Dr. Ts mission to establishing this UC. We needed it so bad in the area!! Highly recommend!"
