"Extremely unprofessional to work with. We ask for a breakdown of their charges to bill customers for appropriate services. And they charge us more money just to get the breakdown, They do not send a reference number when asking for charges so its a matter of hoping you pick the right shipment to add the charges to. When we call them to ask for updates they tell our team they don't want to be tracked. We strive to be detailed and organized and transparent with our customers. Evolution Transport makes it extremely hard, and when brought to their attention we are looking for alternate agents in EWR Eric got rude and unprofessional. Will not be using them again."
