"Dr. Shah is very complete in all that he has done for me and follows up on even the littlest details. Lisa is very caring also."
"If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason I go here is for my primary doctor, Parag Patel. He’s great. The staff however is absolutely awful. They’re beyond rude on the phones. I have withdrawn from medication multiple times due to their lack of sending refills on medication you literally can not withdrawal from. The fact that I am spoken too in such a rude manor over my health is absolutely disgusting. The front desk has the worst people I have dealt with by far. They still have not refunded me for an appointment years ago that I paid for when my insurance actually covered it but they still made me pay even after the fact they knew my insurance was covered. I spoke to billing and multiple people about this and still have not been given a refund or money back for an appointment I wasn’t even supposed to pay for even after the admin told me I would get my money back. I am fed up with this place and the people whom work inside it. The only good thing is the doctors. If I end up withdrawing again due to their lack of care I will be going to the ER and suing."
"One of the worse experiences I've ever had in a doctors office. I was recommended by family member to go here since I was looking for a new family practice. I was literally 5 minutes late, because my one year old got car sick and my first priority is my son. Went in there and told them the situation and all I got was rude expressions from the office staff. My recommendation for everyone is to stay far away from them!!"
"For months I was experiencing debilitating symptoms, I set up an appt and asked for a script for blood work as I needed a yearly check up anyway. Went to appt and explained everything, was sent for more bloodwork only to find out I had rocky mountain spotted fever (tick borne illness which can attack the brain, heart and central nervous system) which per the cdc if not treated immediately when suspected can be life threatening. I agreed after speaking to NP Stephanie that we would do more bloodwork before starting the meds, if my rmsf levels were still up she would put me on doxy this was something she and I agreed on at my visit. Well, the next set of bloodwork still showed a positive result that had only dropped .02 percent which meant an active infection still present in my system. Dr Stephanie consulted another Dr in the office when I called requesting the the treatment and they both refused me the medication. I told the office staff I did not agree with her decision and was going to seek a second opinion. My symptoms landed me in the emergency room where the er Dr immediately put me on medication for 10 days. Told me to follow up with a infectious disease Dr.. infectious disease Dr stated that at the first thought of me having a tick borne illness I should have been put on medication. ID doctor told me the 10 days of doxy wasn't enough and I'm back on a second round of doxycycline. I got a letter in the mail stating that I was being dropped as a patient from their office stating false allegations by the phone receptionist. This medical practice failed me in providing quality care for a potentially life threatening illness. I would not recommend this office, wait times are horrendous, office manager never calls back. Phone staff are unprofessional. I was with this office for 14 yrs, and it's unfathomable that they treat their patients in this manner. I hope they use these reviews to re vamp staff training and education."
"My experiences here from beginning to end have been sub-par. This is more like an immediate care not a "family" practice, at least not the kind of family that I consider healthy. If you're in need of immediate care might be better suited. In and out. If you have a history of chronic illnesses or are considering transferring for longterm treatment, reconsider. Staff is surly, doesnt follow through on orders, and they are impersonal. I went to an Immediate Care facility for several years that had a more "respectful family feel" than this place. Dr Prague Patel is knowledgeable about conditions, but seems more interested in getting on with the next case. I usually feel rushed and like somehow all I get is 5 mins. This isn't the practice for me."
