"Went to him as a young teen, had an amazing almost 2 hour conversation. Opened up made me feel safe. Then completely violated my trust when my parents came the second meeting we had. And as I got angry he raised his voice and told me I was agitating him. I’m front of my parents. I haven’t been consistent in therapy since then. He ruined my perspective on confidentiality with therapy. It’s been 3 years or so and I have not seen a therapist consistently since. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Only seen him a few times awhile back and got me on the right track more than anyone I’ve seen since only problem was didn’t take my insurance however during these difficult times considering returning as paying out of pocket was worth it. On another note he helped my mom for many years and for financial reasons had to go to another doctor. She has not been the same since. He is very good at what he does and hope to a patient again soon."

"He has had his license revoked in 2 states and was on suspension in New Jersey. Why would you even think of sending your child - or yourself - to him? Look him up and do your due diligence. With so many caring mental health professionals to turn to, please don't put you or your family in harms way."

"I took my three children to Dr Goss. It's hard to even call him a doctor!!! He was horrible and like the other reviews when I researched his background to was floored! He is scary. Run don't walk away from this man. He screamed at my children saying " Get I. The corner!!, Get in the corner!!" My daughter was so uncomfortable just being there. When he noticed she was figiting he started screaming at her and when she said she couldn't help it he forced her to sit on her hands for the entire 45 minute session. Doesn't sound terrible but, I couldn't get my kids in the car to go because they were so afraid of him. Then, about three years after we stopped going there, I was looking through my bank statement and there was a charge for 300.00 on my account from who else but, Dr Grayson Goss!!! When I called the credit card company they said he registered as a book store. I called to ask why he robbed me and he said "ok, I'll put it back"!!! So not only is he a terrible person, and dr he is also a thief!!!"

"I was on high honor roll, scored in the top 3% in the nation on the PSAT, and was nominated to represent the State of NJ at the National Young Leaders Conference in Washington D.C. and meet with members of Congress. I was also an ocean lifeguard, an ocean mile swimmer, an American Red Cross volunteer, a varsity athlete/high point scorer, a recipient of the Rising Journalist Award, and a National Technical Honor Society Member. I do not have a mental disorder, but I am a former patient of Dr. Goss. In 2004 and 2010, I had incidents with Dr. Graydon G. Goss, MD. I originally began seeing this doctor because of abuse issues with my father. Both my father and Dr. Goss told me I was in his office as punishment. After speaking with my father, Dr. Goss refused to listen to a word out of my mouth, instead treating me like a delinquent and threatening to send me to a juvenile detention center in Maine. Sending me away did not make sense as I was a straight-A student with no criminal history. In 2010, after speaking with my father again, Dr. Goss placed me on 3,000mg of lithium, instructed me to pill-split time-released pills, and then without warning. dropped me as a patient, forcing me to taper off toxic levels of medication in the hospital. After Dr. Goss entered an opinion paper into my parent's divorce and into the public record on my father's behalf, I realized that the dose of lithium Dr. Goss had prescribed me should have been fatal. Please note that the Board of Medical Examiners has already charged this doctor with records-keeping violations as well as punished him for repeatedly exploiting the doctor-patient relationship. He has been previously banned from practicing in 2 states and was put on probation for 10 years in NJ. He was on probation at the time I was seeing him and was required to have someone monitoring his practice and his record-keeping. This doctor knew my father, which was the reason for the pills and the threats. Both my father and Dr. Goss scared me into keeping my mouth shut. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DOCTOR. ALSO, IF YOU ARE A VICTIM, PLEASE DON'T BE AFRAID TO COME FORWARD. THE MORE COMPLAINTS HE GETS, THE MORE LIKELY THE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS IS TO REVOKE HIS LICENSE."
