"If there was a no star rating that is what this company deserves. I placed an order in the amount of $ 1,333.50 on Nov. 27, 2018 for two items "that were in stock and would ship within 2 - 3 business days". They charged my credit card. After phone calls to them every other week or every week for the last 2 1/2 months and then daily phone calls for the last two weeks the order is finally out for delivery for today. Ivanna - you are the worst. Cara - you are so sweet but I guess your hands are tied. Jason - thank you so much for telling me today that I was "unloading" on you after I walked you through as if I was placing a new order for the same items and you told me I would have them in hand within a few business days so I then asked if that is the case then why three months later do I still not have the item. Nationwide Industrial Supply obviously has some sort of cash flow issue. They charge your credit card and then dance with you for months before actually placing your order. In twenty five years of business I have never had such a situation when trying to place an order for one of my customers. Nationwide Industrial Supply should be embarrassed and ashamed for what they do. I would think on some level it is criminal and I am actually going to check on that with their local laws. Do yourself a HUGE favor - run away from this website, do not place an order. Pay a little more some place else and actually get the product in a timely manner. If I add up all my personal time I had to spend chasing these people down it cost me more to order from them."

"We placed our order for new cabinets with Nationwide Industrial Supply on December 3rd, 2018 and were given a 20 day lead time. Around December 26 I called them to get a shipping confirmation, I spoke with Ivana and she told me that there has been a delay and that she would call me by the end of the day with an update, she never called. About a week later I call back for that update and "the man" that was in charge of our order was in a meeting and that once he got out they would talk to him and call me back, again, no call. So another week goes by and still no new information and every time I call, this guy is in a meeting or about to be in a meeting. Around January 21st, 2019 Ivana told me that they finally gave her a ship date which was February 4th, we decided to wait another two weeks. Come the 7th and still no shipping confirmation and when I called to ask about a shipping confirmation, again, they had to call me back. Finally on the 12th we decided to cancel the order and get a refund. The day after we requested our refund I received a call from them, they wanted to let us know that they can still ship our order out to us by then end of the week, seriously this time. We declined and continued with the cancellation. This company just takes your money and gives you the run around every step of the way. It was an absolute waste of time for our company."

"Terrible Company! Originally told me the cabinets I ordered were in stock and would ship right away. Two weeks later I called and they then said, "No, we never said that, they need to be made first, it will be 3-4 weeks. After 3-4 weeks I started calling and emailing weekly and only got the run around. We are checking with production, but you are very important to us. All BS. Finally today after two months, they tell me it will be another 5-6 weeks and they have authorized a refund. What a bunch of lying bastards. Buyer beware, read all of the other reviews, this i snot a company to buy anything from ever."
