"I want to repot the bad customer service that your office has. I did not know that they do not attend without prior appointment , there is no notice about this policy, there was not single customer in the office and the gentleman who does the taxes was very rude after waiting for him more then 15 minutes , rudely he told me that if I don’t have an Appoiment he can see me. (He is working there for us customer and always customer is FIRST) and I just had a question about taxes for a family member made in his office because he received a notice from DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY DIVISION OF TAXATION., indicating that he had to correct something that was not done correctly."

"I went here and they didn't seem like they really wanted to help. Found out by another agent that the Underwriting Review may not come up for agents compared to when you do it online. They didn't even want to try, the agent complained the whole time. Glad I went to Gary's Insurance Agency down the street. Wouldn't recommend!"
