"I've been seeing Dr. Lee for years. He is such a great doctor and a kind man. I've also been seen by Dr. Patel and really like her, too. I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I gave Jackson Family Medicine 4 stars out of 5 because it's sometimes difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment."

"Waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time(second appointment of the day) and when I finally approached the staff to ask if there was some sort of situation or when I could possibly expect to be seen, they said they couldn’t tell me anything beyond they don’t know how long it will be and couldn’t so much as narrow it down between five or 60 minutes. Usually it’s about an hour wait time, but this is just a blatant lack of respect for their patients."

"Dr. Parks is absolutely amazing!! She is the first doctor to truly listen and take her time to treat you. She is very thorough and has the best bedside manner. All the ladies that work there are kind, professional and extremely helpful. I never have any trouble getting an appointment and the receptionists are always willing to arrange a date and time that works for my busy schedule. Thank you This means so much to me that I have a doctor and staff available so close to home that is so patient and caring."

"We’ve been using Jackson Family Medicine since we moved here in 2018 and have been pleased with the quality of care we have received from all the doctors particularly Dr. Lee and Dr. Parkes. The support staff has been accommodating for the most part and while some team members can appear standoffish or rude a majority of them are polite and helpful which rounds out the negative."

"Sad this practice is just getting worse, every time they bring in doctors or nurse practitioners that are excellent they leave. There has to be a reason so many are leaving. Called to get help on finding a specialist for my wife and the support staff refused to help basically telling me not their job. The staff used to be the best helpful and friendly sad to see the practice going down hill. My family looking for some where else to go."
