"Thought this facility was very good, until they made a mistake. Changed my script from my Doctor. They applied my new treatment to an old script. Due to this issue I cannot get my back treatment because they have me still under an older script for my shoulder. So maybe they are OK for PT but not very good with the admi istrative. Have to wait cause the girl who last noted my workout is gone for a week, no one to cover for her"
