They don’t know what their doing it’s like the blind leading the blind After yellow/YRC went under they hired a bunch of great sales people to use them and steal the customers!! Be very careful if you choose to use them there are better carriers to chose ! NOT ACCURATE TRANSPORT!!!"

"Awful moving company. They literally left over ten thousand dollars worth of tiles on the street and called it curbside delivery! I refused the delivery, called the dispatcher and the rude and inane woman told me this is how they deliver and if I refuse, there’s a charge and additional charge to come back. They told me to get cones and put them in the street so no one would smash into the pallet left in the street. All of this because the driver did not want to drop the merchandise in my driveway. My receipt clearly said the drop off would be in my driveway. This moving company is inept starting from the top down and can’t be trusted if you need anything valuable moved."

"Awful service. They gave me a delivery window from 9am to 3pm, I hired someone to be at home to accept the delivery and I called twice to make sure it'd be delivered by 3pm. At 5pm still nothing and all they could say when I called for the third time was "it's not our responsibility"."

"I was contacted yesterday (April 26th 2023) regarding my delivery and was not given a time for delivery. I was told to call after 7:30am the next day. I called the next day at 7:32 am and 7:33 am no one picked up the phone. I call after 8:30am to find out what time my delivery would be done. The representative told me today and I am the second delivery. I told them I am not at home and was not informed that the delivery would be done today and I am not home. The representative informed me that a fee would be charged because I am not home. I asked why? The representative then placed me on hold, he came back after a few minutes and then said her needed to transfer me to his supervisor. The supervisor was telling me that I was told the name between 9am and 3pm. I informed her that I was never told that time. She also wanted to make it seem that I did not call early in the morning. She said they have been at work since 7 am. If they were at work since 7 am no one picked up the phone the 2 times I called. Very poor customer service. The delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. Poor customer service. Everyone in that company needs a refresher course in great customer service."

"My factoring company doesn’t accept them, tried to bill them directly and agreed to their 5% quick pay option. They gave me a come check code and have deducted 10% despite agreeing for a rate of 5%. Safe to say I won’t get any of their loads moving forward."
