"FYI, multiple items were taken from the two containers that were shipped to R.D. Once, I reported the stolen items to them, they blamed R.D. Immigration. Then, they told me that they are not responsible or liable to what happens to the containers during the shipping process. Additionally, when I called to find a solution to my stolen items, they told me that there was no solution and that someone would get in contact with me. When I questioned them about who would call me, I was called stupid, and deaf because I didn’t understand, “that someone would call me”. Three weeks later and yet no phone call from the company or this mysterious person. Honestly, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. When a company’s employees treat a person without respect or common decency, how do you expect them to treat your belongs with the respect? You have a better chance of sending your containers and items with another company."

"First time I used the company, great experience. Today however they were scheduled to pick up furniture I am shipping to my moms at noon today. They arrangement made with the company was that the movers would call My daughter this morning to coordinate pick up at around noon today, I told the main office my daughter works nearby and can come home on break so that Estrella Express can pick up. They called my daughter and she came home at the time they asked her to be home, they had given her an ETA for arrival of 15 minutes, she waited over 1 hour and they did not show, she called repeatedly and it was then she found out they were 45 minutes away and promised her instead to pick up at 6pm tonight, which meant I now had to leave work early to be here. I called the office to confirm that they would indeed come at 6pm as I was surprised by the late pick up time as when I tried setting up the appointment originally, they wouldn’t give me an appointment. The young woman who answered the phone had an attitude And responded in a way that sounded like I was bothering her by calling to confirm, she said they said 6 o’clock they will be there at 6 o’clock. I asked her to please confirm because they were not answering the cell phone. She said fine and hung up.
