"This is the second time I am giving trans Carib a negative feedback and this is the last time shipping with them. They will not get an opportunity again to be disrespectful and inconsiderate. I will never ever ship with transcarib and all my friends I brought on to transcarib I will make sure they don’t ever ship with them again. A manager told me a customer for more than 6 years that he is paying his driver 20 dollars and hour so he cannot wait for 10 mins to put a medication in a barrel for shipping. He told me he is loosing money for 10 mins and it matters not. This is the same company that sometimes late for an hour and hour and a half and ai don’t make it an issue. This is the same company I use for 6 years and my barrels and boxes are always ready but the first time told me 20 dollars was more than 10 mins . Every business is built on customer service but not trans carib"

"This is my second time shipping with Transcaribe. The first experience went well on the US side however on the international side side items were damaged and unknown charges incurred. The 2nd experience is in process now. I am shipping during peak season and I hope all goes well. I have to say I made a surprise visit to the warehouse this past Friday as I was concerned about the handling of some fragile items and to my pleasure I found my palettes stored properly and securely. Transcaribe is run like a well oiled machine and the staff treat your property with pride. I will definitely continue to use them for my abroad shipping. P.S. the phones are busy during this peak season and hold times are excessive but I found that if I send an email someone will definitely call you back."

"I have been a customer of TransCaribe for a long time, and the service is ok. It’s not great but it’s not terrible. Sometimes you might get someone on the phone but you have questions, sometimes you might not. The time frame they give you for picking up your barrel is just a suggestion, it’s not set in stone so be prepared to block out your whole day to wait for them. They have been consistent in calling the day before to confirm your pick up time the next day, but like I just said, the time is not set in stone. I had one incident of a driver being rude and dismissive and when I called the office to lodge my complaint, the supervisor never called me back to talk about it. So, there it is, my honest review after being a customer for so many years. I am writing this review on Saturday 11-18 (veteran’s day) at 6:00 pm; I had a scheduled pick up time frame of 2pm - 4pm and my barrel hasn’t been picked up yet. I know they were opened today because I drove past the location around 12pm and saw some people building a crate in their parking lot. I look forward to the response by the admin staff on this post."
