"We shipped with them all our belongings from 2500 sqft. house. They delivered on our driveway a truck with a big container and we had three hours to load it. We hired a professional moving company to load the container (including a grand piano). Everything was ready in the garage to be loaded. Within three hours, the whole container was loaded. The shipping arrived in Poland almost as it was estimated. Almost because due to the weather conditions, the ship arrived in Gdynia a few days later. In Poland also, everything went smoothly. We visited our chosen Customs Agency (Meritum) in Radom three times before the container arrived to ensure that all the required documents were there. The Agency from Gdynia gave us the tel.# to the truck driver. We spoke to him the day before the scheduled delivery, and once he arrived at the Agency. Within the next two hours, the container was ready to be unloaded. Again, we had everything prepared, and by 3 pm, the truck could return to Gdynia. Ms. Aldona was very helpful throughout the whole process. She always responded to all my questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to work with her on this life-changing experience.
