"So it’s truly important to give credit where is due. At this facility, the employees that I came in contact with were not only super knowledgeable but also extremely caring. I would love to give a huge thank you to the nurse practitioner Jennifer who took very good care of me (you don’t find employees that take their time, and are super patient and educated). She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, and walked me through everything. These are the employees that any business would want, I felt comfortable through my whole procedure left in her hands. She takes lots of pride in her work, and if you are in pain she will talk to you to get your mind off of the pain and anxiety. "Do not come here unless you are fine with being billed as if you went to a hospital. I brought my son here in May for Covid/flu symptoms and didn't get a bill, even though I know they tested him. The billing office is saying they have no record of him being tested in May. In December, he was back for similar issues and they did a Covid/ flu test in the office. I got a bill for $233 for a Covid/ flu test. When I called my insurance they said it was because the labs were charged as hospital charges from Copper University and the visit was charged as an office visit from Cooper Urgent Care. They received two separate claims from two separate locations. As always with insurance, anything billed from a hospital is usually double or triple the cost, as the insurance agent noted. He couldn't explain why they would file two separate charges and one as a hospital when it was an urgent care. I know Virtua doesn't do this and they are also affiliated with a hospital. I called Cooper billing and was just told this is how they bill. So if you are going to an urgent care to avoid the high costs of a hospital, avoid Cooper locations. You will still be billed as if you went to a hospital. They also do not tell you this when requesting the tests."

"i have came several times and it’s been okay. but today out of all days.. they treated my kids like garbage. So, the nurse was completely rude. as in my daughter needed a cotton swab to the mouth and mind you she is 8 years old. So, she was scared and didn’t know what was going on really. And she accidentally hit the nurse to the chest.. and she was whining. The nurse goes “okay you can stop the whining, and you just hit me in the chest” .. like SHE IS A KID. SHE WAS SCARED. AS A KID, A COTTON SWAB TO THE THROAT IS A SCARY THING. she kept giving attitude and everything. it’s absolutely disgusting. then the pediatrician came into the room and she was nice at first. But then.. she was second guessing my oldest daughter about knowing her young sisters health issues and everything. And then asked “what was the main concern you brought her in today.. she doesn’t seem too sick”.. like HUH? AM I SUPPOSED TO LEAVE HER SICK AND HURTING? IM NEVER EVER COMING BACK. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED."
