"They reported health conditions I don't have to my insurance company. I requested amendment 4 to 5 months ago. They are supposed to have 60 days to approve or deny the changes. The front desk girl told me a week after I sent the request that it is Under Review. They didn't correct any of the claims. One time the Clinical Manager told me one of the conditions was not on My Chart in their office and hung up the phone. I explained in the letter I sent with the changes marked up that my insurance company gets the diagnosis codes from the claims and enters them into the insurance website under Health Records. So the Clinical Manager needs to correct the claims. I am not talking about the records into their office on Epic or whatever they use. I am talking about the records on my health insurance website. The Clinical Manager needs to correct the claims. Nothing was corrected. It is 4 or 5 months after I sent the Amendment request. They don't even make a little bit of corrections each week. Nothing was amended. Nothing was approved or denied."
