"Great shop. Friendly people and big selection. However, the brand they carry, YMA is just too hit or miss. We usually buy 4-6 per week and without fail, most of the time 2 or 3 taste like burnt coil from the second they are smoked and the rest are fantastic. Opened my Apple Ice today and it was horrible. I mean it’s not their fault but when your wasting $15 a piece on them it becomes frustrating. It’s not like you can return them either. Hopefully they will carry a different variety of brands in the future."

"In the shop it's a great experience. The clerk was excellent and efficient. Great selection of products for competitive prices. I had a grievance with one of the glass products I purchased and I called up and asked if they do equivalent exchanges, The owner answers and accuses me of sabotaging the product and that I'm trying to scam him. I didn't inspect the piece before leaving (I was excited about new glassware), I strapped it into the car seat to prevent it breaking... There was no way I had damaged it before getting home in 5 mins! Long story short, the owner is a jerk but the clerks are great."
