"I have been going to Dr. Pearson since he opened his practice and as a doctor and as a friend I think he’s absolutely wonderful. He takes care of all my needs. He always make sure that I’m healthy. He pulls no punches if something is wrong and he make sure he does his best for his patience. I would definitely choose him always as my doctor."

"Dr. Pearson is wonderful, but the rest of the office and staff is a joke. I’d suggest seeing him somewhere other than this location. I was scheduled for a follow up to check my blood pressure, and last minute it was changed to telemed (?) Then I went in for a rash, and the PA was googling images of rashes while I sat there watching."

"Edit 5-2023: Lucy left some time ago. The practice STILL doesn't accept card payments. Three times I was not called and given important information with the last being the fact they will not be refilling the multiple Rx I requested since another practice requested my records I am no longer their patient. That's fine but I put the refill requests in Sunday and someone could have called at some point in time during the week to tell me. My appt with new practice isn't for another 3 weeks. And their accounting is still horrible. Dr. Pearson and Lucy are awesome... staff has a lot to be desired. The accounting is horrible. EVERY time I have to bring proof I sent payment via my HSA account. Not my fault they don't accept credit cards... can only pay via card or e-payment. The office manager is a thorn in my side. I only withstand it because I love Dr. Pearson and Lucy. I voice my opinions of his staff EVERY time."

"Now that Lucy is no longer in this office it's become a headache. She recommended I go to the hospital and she was right. That was Tuesday. I was admitted. I did not receive any medicine for my pain from the hospital. So I waited to see if it would go away...the pain. No it's Saturday and I still cannot move my left side or breath without pain. So I called the doctor on Friday spoke with reception. I was told that someone would call me back umm no they did not. Not 1 call. Lucy was on top of things like this. A patient with medical problems such as mine should not be ignored or played with. And LUCY treated it as such. So I call the emergency line and Dr. Greg P calls me and says there's nothing he can do call the office Saturday (today) between 8am and 12. I called 8:30am. Was told the prescription would be called in to the pharmacy where I am now. I called the pharmacy twice low and behold no meds. I call them back it's now 11:00 and now I am told I have to make an appointment. Ok there is telemed. I ask can he call me today? The reception said no he's fully booked. So not only doesn't he understand the severity of my situation but really doesn't care to find out. They didn't even know I was in the hospital and that a doctor that used to work there told me to go. Horrible. I have always loved this office and Lucy and the nice lady who draws blood. The young and wonderful ladies that worked in reception. I gave praises to the staff and Lucy. Would and have recommended other relatives to come to this office because of the treatment of their patients. Now I'm trying to find out where Lucy went because the care is not the same. The true unconditional love and understanding of ones medical issues was there Lucy showed it, proved that she cared and it never wavered. All the years I've been going to this office not once did I ever see Dr. Greg P. I don't even know what he looks like...ok"

"Me and my Wife will Be switching to a different primary. When you call you are on hold almost every time. One time my mother in law was on hold close to 15 minutes and then the office hung up. Last Saturday my wife had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am and no one showed up... Are you kidding me!!!!! Just today my Wife brought in 40 for her copay and they didn’t have change so they let her drive all the way down the street to brake change for a 20... Again are you kidding me!! Doctor Pearson and his nurse are great and very friendly but the way the office is run....1 Star out of 5...."
