"Items were not delivered as per contract. Several items were not placed on original truck and I was not notified until 11 days later. As of this review, these items are still in New Jersey with no definitive plans as to when they will be transported to Florida. Staff is either non responsive or not helpful. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They are in possession of all my personal and many sentimental items with no promise of delivery date. And all they have offered is a very minor credit. They were recommended by a friend but engaging their services was the biggest mistake!!"

"We had the BEST experience with The Liberty Group. We had an entire house of furniture in storage with another company. We received a letter on a Wednesday, that we had to have our possession's out of storage no later than Friday and we were not in the same state! We called Liberty and within 2 days they removed, inventoried and moved our things to their storage facility for another year. Liberty just delivered our things to our newly renovated home. They arrived early, with a team of 5 super professional people, who all had a can do attitude. They treated us and our belongings as well as our new house with great respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"These guys did a MARVELOUS job! I was moving from New Brunswick, NJ to Plainsboro, NJ and Juan and his team were so great and so professional! I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work because I was so stressed out about this move. Nothing was broken, and they also showed up early AND did not charge us for the extra hour. I will definitely use this company if I move again. I found them through Mayflower Movers and being that they're a big company, they only work with professionals so you know that Liberty has to be great. Barbara was also extremely helpful as well. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. They made my move so much easier and stress free."

"I was very pleased with my experience with Liberty. Justin was a great help with much good advice when he was at the house writing up the estimate for the move. Mine is a slightly complicated situation because it is a 2 stage move. I was also pleased with the workers who did the moving. They were very courteous and seemed very competent. "The Liberty Group movers provided the best moving experience I could have imagined... Way beyond my expectations from the initial estimation process through placing the last piece of furniture in our new home in Pa. We had them move furniture only, doing our other belongings ourselves prior to their involvement. The estimation process was thorough, helpful, and accurate (we actually received a credit back because our weight was less than the computer generated estimate). There was good follow-up prior to our move date. The moving crew was exceptional. They showed up at the promised time, carefully packing and wrapping everything, and no time was wasted during the day. They were very respectful, explained the process, and were meticulously neat and clean in how they treated both the old house and our new home. Everything went great and I honestly can't think of anything negative about the entire experience. I would recommend this outfit to anyone I know.
