"Katie is exceptional. I'm a long distance runner. Last summer on a long training run I knew something wasn't right. I waited a few days and tried to run again only to be hit in the face with pain, awful pain. I limped home and called Katie, I knew she could help. At my initial appointment, she said I had a slight tear in my calf and with the right exercise and therapy she could help me get back to running. Fast forward 4 weeks and I was feeling amazing, but I listened when she said, NO RUNNING! I was patient and so was she. She knew how much I needed to get back out. By 6 or7 weeks she had me running a mile then 2. By 8 weeks I was back to me. A few weeks later I was back in to work on my hip and knee issues. We got that all squared away and I'm running running running. Katie is kind and patient. She's got magic hands and knows what she's doing.
