"It's impossible to try and file a complaint about the incompetent people at Shipco Elizabeth NJ in the Ocean department. I've been trying to get a department head or a manager to fix an ongoing issue that no one seems to have the common sense of basic data entry skills. I've called left messages and no one responds to by complaints... The last 4 years I've told customer service / routing coordinators or whoever they're called to save my contact information. Every time there's a new booking request I have to resubmit everything. Quite frankly it's off-putting and unacceptable. I've told Geraldine Garcia and Maribel Sierra MANY TIMES to save my contact info. They never do. Now Ophira Dubhorn is doing the same thing. Ophira is reaching out of the first time, but the incompetence of this department is astounding. Any other freight forwarder wouldn't do this. We are stuck using them because of our customer. I will never do business with them ever. If I go to a company that does business with Shipco, Ill will stop doing business with them at the new company. Also no manager or department head has reached out to me on these issue. They don't care."
