"I had an outstanding experience at this Staples location. I needed to ship out a small, fragile musical instrument, and was having a bit of trouble figuring out how to do so. I took it to several other shipping centers, and was told it would cost $75 for them to pack (it was going to cost $25 just for the box if I wanted to do it myself). I decided to try Staples, and not only did they have the materials I needed to pack it in a secure way, but they also did it for me - for NO EXTRA COST. They were so kind and helpful, and for just a few dollars for the box and a roll of bubble wrap, I was on my way. It made my day, and I will certainly be back."
