"Been going here since it opened, and it’s gotten worse. I’ve been harassed by patients, assaulted by patients, screamed at by nurses, and am rarely given actual medical care. They just give you a useless prescription like cough medicine and charge your insurance for the visit. You have to pay again when you go back and they consider you sick enough to treat. Just confirmed that from a doctor today. Rather than giving me prednisone for gout one doctor told me to wrap my joints in aluminum foil— because holistic medicine can help gout. They aren’t even screening their doctors for people who think sage will clear negative energy. This place is horrible and is just a way for struggling doctors to moonlight and make ends meet and for insurance companies to milk us like the good little servants of profit we are."

"For being a busy urgent care the staff was great! Lauren at front desk was very sweet with a welcoming personality. The male nurse that triaged me was so patient. The Rad tech Lauren was helpful and explained everything. 10/10 overall great experience. Will visit again."
