"Update- posted this a couple of months ago, they responded. It’s actually gotten WORSE. Who are they hiring to work the shipping counter? Every. Single. Person. Who works that counter has no idea how to talk to a customer. Horrid customer service in the shipping area. It’s as if a customer at the counter is an interruption. In this day, who grabs a customer’s phone out of their hand??? Would have otherwise shopped, but not after this. Update- appreciate the response but clearly nothing has been done. Had to go back again- it’s like helping a customer is an inconvenience. Grumpy older woman, again snatched phone out of hand, snarky comments about the number of Amazon returns. Believe me, wouldn’t go here if another option was viable. This entire place needs a staffing overhaul. Points to lousy management."

Stephanie and the team could've said "sorry we can't get it done" but instead, they accepted the challenge and displayed a great attitude all along.
