"Had an absolutely awful experience at this practice. I transferred to this practice after moving from NY at 7 months pregnant. All was ok because thank God my pregnancy went well. Doctor just showed up and caught the baby. Never came in to the delivery room to say hi, check me and see how I was doing prior to delivery. This was not my first pregnancy - I have had babies delivered by other amazing OBs in NY and Australia and have never experienced this before. After the birth I was seen once at my 6 weeks postpartum visit and then didn't see them again for a while- and not by choice. Every time I called with extremely urgent concerns about unusual bleeding or symptoms the staff did everything they could to ensure I did not come into the office. The front desk staff would tell me that everything is normal- despite me telling them it was NOT my normal. Other times they tried diagnosing me over the phone and insisting on sending me prescriptions for infections I didn't have. Other times I was told to go to the emergency room or go to my primary care doctor- for regular gyn issues. I was not allowed to speak to a doctor and definitely not allowed to come in. They have no time or provision for emergency appointments. I have no idea why I let myself be treated so badly for so long. Stay away!!!! I just transferred to a more competent practice with warm and caring professional staff who have a triage system in place where your urgent medical concerns are taken seriously and appts are made for that day or the next. Do not use this practice. Stay away!"

"I love Sunrise ObGyn. I know I am in good hands with any of the doctors in the group. Dr. Levy delivered two of my children, and she was so supportive and encouraging. She went out of her way to make sure I received the best care. Besides for being great doctors, their warmth and caring really set them apart. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been with their practice for over 5 years and every single interaction I've had with the doctors and staff has been positive."
