"I’m not one to write reviews but Ramtown Medical is worth me taking the time to review. They are chronically late, not by ten minutes but by a half hour or more. To avoid this I tried scheduling a telemed and the doctor was over an hour and a half late. If they don’t have the staff for all these patients, they shouldn’t let you make an appointment. They don’t respect your time at all. The staff is rude and seems to not like their job, and they overpack the waiting room. Dr. Polizzi is alright, but I feel like she doesn’t really listen to her patients. If you’re looking for a PCP I’d find another place. If you’re sick and you need actual help, you’re better going to a walk in. They’d probably get you in faster than Ramtown Medical would with an appointment."

"Several years ago I saw both Dr Polizzi and Dr Diego half a dozen times each as I wanted them to be my new primary. Dr. Polizzi advised me to lose 5lbs (I weighed 120 lbs and was recovering from anorexia). Thank goodness I was in a healthy enough mindset to dismiss her ignorance. And Dr. Diego told me, when I explained I was on disability for ten years at the time, that I didn’t “look disabled” because I had put on makeup. I’m sorry, disabled has a certain look? Run from these people!"

"Dr. Polizzi is a phenomenal physician, who's compassionate, a great listener and altogether makes you feel a tough you are her only patient during the examination. She did not over prescribe medications and respects the holistic approach of patient. I would recommend her to anyone."

"Dr. Diego have a booming practice that can be busy and hectic at times. Dr. Diego is extremely personable and just talks to you like you are one of the "guys". His wife Maria is a pleasant woman who really knows her stuff and I really like seeing the both of them. The wait time can be long however it's worth the wait."

"If you care about your time DO NOT GO HERE. When I go into the office, I usually wait an hour, if not more, in the waiting room, then I wait in the exam room for another hour to see the doctor for something that takes no more than 10 minutes. I did a telemed the other day to avoid having to wait super long in the office since I was sick, and I waited an hour just for the doctor to come on! Eventually I called and said refund me for my copay this is ridiculous. The lady on the phone for billing was so rude. She said "he is literally sitting waiting for you to come on, are you sure you want a refund you don't want to see him?" I said "nope I have been waiting an hour just to see him, so please refund me and I will be finding a new doctor." She goes "OK we will refund you." Then just hung-up on me!! SO rude. Do not go here."
