"I took a ride today as cold as it was and got a flat on my front tire on the Garden State Parkway. Was able to ride on the flat to my job and immediately called Progressive and got a tow truck dispatched. Called Toms River Marine & Motorsports and told them I had an emergency and their response was we can't get to it today (2 hours before closing) but you can drop it off. I have a 2022 Kawasaki KLR650 Adventure I bought from them and they couldn't accommodate me. Talk about pissed! I immediately called their competitor, Ocean County Powersports, and got Rich in service on the line. He didn't even hesitate to tell me that I could bring the bike in and not to worry they could fix it and get me on my way. These guys are awesome! They didn't kill me with the price either and even put a beadlock in while they were at it. Maybe when I purchase my next bike it will be the Africa Twin as I can't think of a better place to buy it at and I know I will have a top notch service department behind me. "BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Dropped off a can an outlander for non start issue and general service. When picked up the service manager rich joked about the techs doing wheelies with it because of how much power it has, the tires are missing chunks from being dogged on the asphalt."
