"The doctor I am seeing is very good. However, the people who are answering the phone put you on hold forever. This is the 4th time I am calling and I am put on hold for over half an hour and no one picks up. I just gave up calling this place. Any changes in appointments, you have to waste time and go in person. Horrible front desk."

"Love the enthusiasm that DR Shah has for his patients. He treated me well with all the medication to bring my A1C lower. Very grateful and thankful for his hard work. But very disappointed in the staff and their communication. Hope they are well educated for how they need to respond to the patient in a very professional way. There are many instances where they miscommunicates between doctors and patients. First of all the phone lines are a disaster and second the messages through the portal is totally miscommunicated. Hope they teach the Medical Assistant a better way to reach out to the patients."

"This place is a joke! No respect for the patient. They schedule me for a 6:45 am appointment only to make me wait for over an hour before I got to see the doctor. Dr. Sha was ok. Front desk said they do everything old school so no platform to check on refills etc. Which would be fine except they never sent my scripts to the pharmacy. When I called them, I was either put on hold for 25 minutes, got hung up on or just plain did not get through. Pharmacy never got the script. I called them twice. It's been almost two weeks since my appointment and nothing. I just want my darn prescription. This is so frustrating. Back to the drawing board because I am never going back there. Looking for a new Endo"

"Dr Shah, Alise, Penelope and all office staff were wonderful. My daughter is a young adult and is a new patient. Dr. Shah gave her the care and consideration she needed. She had two seizures last week and the staff is monitoring her very closely. Joslin is an answer to prayers."

"The front desk staff are so unorganised and rude. They are more interested in chit chat than the patients. Not really impressed with the doctor either.The doctor and the front office is never in sync.It would take about 45 mins to get them in line when I call.They love to make people wait.Even after 45 mins of wait time at the appointment they say that they are still entering your details which really gets on to your nerves.coming to the doctor.she is unique.the doctor tells me to call her in 3 days because it’s an emergency.I have been trying to reach her , but it literally took a month for me to get hold of the front office.Left so many messages so the doctor can call me because I ran out of my medicine.she does not even care.Never has this kind of bitter experience before.If you want to pay a visit check the reviews. I guess 1 appointment and you will get to know about them.For me it’s thumbs down."
