"I have been turned away 4 times because the phlebotomist fails to ever show up. I’ve been trying to get my blood work done for months. Girl at the front desk with the curly hair was dismissive and rude to me when I expressed how ridiculous this is. This is beyond egregious, I work nights and take care of a single mother, disabled brother, and senile grandparent, the woman at the front desk dismissed me and told me the phlebotomist has family emergencies and is a human, as if my problems matter squat. I do not have the time to drive all the way to Asbury just to be turned away. Gas is expensive and time is money. Both the woman at the front desk and the phlebotomist deserve to get fired However! My nurse Michael zito and gynecologist dr avent are wonderful to work with! I greatly appreciate the work they do"

"I’ve been coming here for at least a year now and In the beginning it was easy to make appointments and get in. Now it takes over a month for even a call back and I understand that the office can be busy but patients need healthcare and it shouldn’t take over a month to get some forms filled out for a surgery. The new receptionist is not it, very rude over the phone along with some of the nurses there"

"I've been a patient here for about three years now and it was always excellent until recently. Now I am finding it very difficult to get my basic needs met. My appointment scheduling is all over the place, sometimes I show up just to get turned away because they made a mistake in scheduling. I have missed work hours and suffered some income loss as a result. My appointments are rushed and I always have to stop and slow it down to discuss my needs thoroughly. Also, I have a lot of trouble getting my medication refilled with the prior authorization it needs. I understand that healthcare is understaffed and overworked these days but it is causing significant stress and strain in my life and health, as well as for other patients I know. I would strongly recommend this clinic to do more to address these pain points and improve the patient experience."
