"I hired these guys to move a piano and fridge for me which they said no problem to. Ed had seen both in person and pictures of the house it was going to. On day of move they were understaffed (even the movers complained repeatedly about it) so I helped them get the piano out of my house and into the truck. I had someone else meet them at new house and when they arrived they said they couldn't move the piano inside. They blamed it on the few steps they had to go up at the new house rather than the fact that they sent only 3 guys to move a 500lb piano. Then they didn't even try to move the fridge into the house. So after paying them a few hundred for the job, I now have a piano and fridge sitting in my garage that I will have to pay someone else to move into the house. When I called to complain they proceeded to make excuses and asked logistical questions about the house and fridge that they NEVER asked when they took the job; but they did say they can come back with more guys to move the piano into the house for more $$ of course. Yes I feel swindled."
