"Total staffing change and my regular doctor is gone, replaced by the former doctor who was gone for over a year. She finally showed up late for her 1st two appointments. A prescription that usually just goes to CVS never got there. Seriously thinking of looking for a new primary care doc."

"Hight not recommend. They made me wait for more than an hour and still no Dr Show up to go through blood work. It is not just once, 2 or 3 times. And there is no courtesy call also to say sorry and reschedule. They take our time for granted. Like only their time is important and ours is not. One time I am the only patient and still no Dr show up. They keep saying Dr will come and made me wait more than an hour. I had a meeting and I had to come out without going through blood work report. So, literally they do not know the meaning of Wellness and they do not care about your health. All they care is you came and so that they can charge you or your insurance."

"The front office is rude and only care that you come into the office a second time to hear the results of the lab work in person in spite of the ongoing pandemic . I tried to explain to front office staff over the phone that in my first visit - I have been checked for my blood pressure at my arm and at my fingers of my toe ( my first time learning about this ) height, weight , and even a basic eye test . The doctor also chatted with me about my general health and other concerns . Forcing me to come in a second time is a big no for me on top of being rude . Their website also looks very shabby . I would avoid this time if you can ."
