"if you want to go to the ER, go see this doctor. I’m not sure which is worse, the female owner, receptionist or his incompetence. He misdiagnosed me with anxiety, even though I told him I don’t have anxiety, when I had Covid! I had heart palpitations and a headache but was scoffed at and told I need Xanax; a simple Covid test would’ve shown otherwise! It got so bad that I had to go to ER two days later. Once I called the following day and told the front desk, she was defensive, never apologized but rather said “I remember you. Those weren’t typical Covid symptoms”. I WOULDNT need a physician if they were. She was disgustingly rude and tried to push a virtual appointment even though I just got out of ER. She wanted to charge me again for another appointment even though their arrogance sent me to ER! Then, I was terribly sick w fever for 2 weeks and called the doctor and NEVER got a call back. How does he have a license and how is he in business? When I called the next day to get appointment, the same female owner answered again with a disgusting attitude and rude. Again, never an apology but excuses and rude. “Well, we never got the message so.” I went in that Saturday and she ignored me and was unhelpful, gruff and again defensive. We had words and she CHASED ME OUT screaming in the street. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. This office will make you sicker if you are unwell. I’ve never experienced such arrogance and incompetence simultaneously. The fact that a receptionist, whose sole job is to deal w unwell patients, can’t control herself and runs screaming in the street until the police have to come is an embarrassment to the medical field and disgrace to all patients. I will be in touch w the medical board."
