"Waited a very long time to see doc as he was aparently busy trying to see other patients so he could leave to go to a funeral. No follow up appt! As my condition didn't improve, had to then schedule another appt! Staff read and reread his notes on the visit searching for a follow up! Will go to another doc!!"

"I'm 47, and began seeing Dr. Fein in winter 2018 after moving to NJ in the summer. I've dealt with moderate to severe asthma my entire life and just kind of accepted that I'd always have to deal with it. My asthma got worse after moving here and I needed to find a different treatment than what I used to get in Illinois. I've been on just about every asthma medication there was, and was on the highest dose of Symbicort and having to get steroid injections every 3 to 4 months to maintain, when I met him. After talking with him and running a standard panel of tests, he informed me that I was an ideal candidate for a new biologic treatment, called Fasenra. I started treatments in December (3 initial doses, and now every 8 weeks). I'm so happy to report that I am off Symbicort and rarely need to use my rescue inhaler. No prednisone or antibiotics since I started over 6 months ago. It's truly a blessing, and I can get back to living my life. Thank you, Dr. Fein!"

"Doc and his office staff find it challenging to maintain proper appointments schedule. I had to wait for 60 minutes to be seen. My appointment was scheduled well in advance and just to get test results done by some other doctor. They don't share test results over the phone. An appointment is necessary I guess so you can wait for 60 minutes for a doctor to hear him speak for 10 minutes. Grrr..."
