"I called this place and have had other medical issues so I've had to postpone my appointment. The representative Mike is very rude and comes across as a very punitive person for a new client who hasn't even been to their facility. I am glad to know and would not ever consider a place like this where if your paperwork is not done online, they punish you. Everybody doesn't have access to online. What a nasty funky attitude for someone that's working in psychology. Thank you for the red flag."
