"If i could give ZERO STARS I would. Last week i made an urgent request for an appointment as i have a growth on the back of my neck that was extremely painful and concerning. I was able to get in on Friday afternoon. I met with Dr B. She looked at it and mentioned that she was concerned the mass may be connected and not just a regular cyst. She recommended that i have an Ultrasound done before she attempts to remove it. She said i should have my primary care doctor write me an RX for that test. I mentioned at that time he likely wouldn’t. I found it odd that she wouldn’t give me the script, but she said if he doesn’t to let her know. Sure enough my primary care office laughed when i requested it and said the prescribing doctor should provide it. As i thought, they wouldn’t give it to me. I called back Dr B’s office multiple times and they refuse to write the script, telling me i need to get it from my primary. I’ve communicated via phone and their text system. I’ve left messages, with no return call. Here i am, one week later with nothing. I paid a $60 co-pay to see Dr B for 3 minutes. What a rip off. Something tells me this may be illegal. Makes me wonder why she won’t write the script? Is she really a Doctor? I’ve had issues with this practice in the past and wrote a negative review but Dr Thacker called me and practically begged me to remove the review. I did as i felt bad, but this time i won’t. (I still have a copy and can share with anyone who requests.) What kind of Doctor requests you to have a test but won’t give a prescription to get it done? Answer: one you should stay away from. Why would another Doctor write a prescription for another Doctor? That makes no sense. Going to my primary is only going to cost me another co-pay, not to mention he may refer me to another dermatologist, costing a 3rd co-pay. All this wasted time my neck is getting worse. Do yourself a favor. If you’re reading reviews to find a doctor, do not go to this one! Find a doctor who truly cares about their patients. I will be filing a complaint for sure. Stay away. It may be worse for you"
