"I just wanted to give a shout-out to Dr. Paul Sonenblum for doing such a great job with my son's routine eye exam! He's super nice and patient, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. The Englishtown office staff is also amazing - they're friendly, helpful, and totally understanding. My son's been swamped with online college courses from June to August with high school AP Exams and Final Exams, so he had zero time for any doctor's appointments. But they made it work, and he was able to get his eye exam done before starting college in August. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience!"

"Debbie H in the Marlboro office went above and beyond her job to help me with a problem I was having in the Freehold contact lenses dept. Nobody was returning my calls or messages I’m the Freehold contact lenses department. She called for me and even connected directly to speak to someone over there . Even though they still didn’t pick up the telephone call , Debbie H continued to help me . I am a patient of Dr. Grand and Dr. Talia. Both excellent doctors."

"In September I went to a apt at this location the apt went well enough everyone was super nice. I found out I had a lower co pay then I initially payed and was going to be refunded the money the office now owed me. Great ! I returned to the office 2 weeks later to pick up something and still no refund. I re told the story to the front desk and was told I would receive a call back. Nothing … so I wait because I did want to be one of those people. 2 months pass still nothing. I call the office no one’s there . So I ended up calling another office and getting in touch with billing and resolved my own problem in one day . The point of this review is that even if reception doesn’t deal with billing they made no attempt at all. No good customer service."
