"It was Dec 26 when all PCP were not available. Only one person took care of me. Survey of symptoms, tests, measurements, paperwork and medication prescription, Cleaning is done by one person! It was 30min line and 1 hour visit. Thanks"
"I use this facility enough and never experienced any bad or rude treatment. They have two PA’s working there that are very professional and courteous. They have upgraded their facility to include a receptionist and a nurse. I always schedule an appointment before I get there and the most I have waited was fifteen minutes."
"This minute clinic is very unprofessional And a waste of your time . I took my daughter There with proof of negative covid test the same day and the unprofessional person there refused to accept covid results from NYC Health and Hospitals ! She looked like she didn’t want to be there and had no patients in the clinic. CVS is wasting there time and money Advertising these clinics if this is what they staff them with. Don’t waste your time . My daughter was seen at urgent care for a virus without being discriminated against! Skip CVS if you don’t want to waste your time!"
"Went to this Minute clinic and it took me less than a minute to be turned off by the rude nasty woman you people have working there. She was very nasty and I think discriminated against me because I’m Spanish. I asked the black lady there if she was the doctor. She was just sitting in the room with no patient and she answered me very nasty and told me she was on brake and turned the door before saying Come back later. Unacceptable. I went somewhere else."
"MinuteClinic is HORRIBLE. Staff calls out all the time and patients will be sitting there just to never get seen. They don’t follow/ keep appointments. Nurse was beyond rude. She was condescending, loud, aggressive and had absolutely no bedside manner. I left within 3 minutes of being called in. My three year old daughter was petrified. I won’t be back. You’re better off going to urgent care or some other treat and release. Prices were $60 more, too. (I didn’t pay since I left and refused service.)"
